In the U.S., landlords typically require tenants to show proof of income (usually 40× the monthly rent annually). Since most international students don't have U.S. income, you'll need a guarantor — someone who agrees to cover rent if you can't. If you don't have a personal guarantor in the U.S., don't worry: third-party guarantor services like The Guarantors or Insurent can act as your guarantor for a one-time fee. We'll walk you through the entire process.
